If we take the sentence "Correction equals connection with people" literally, it might suggest that by correcting someone, we are connecting with them. In other words, if we correct someone's mistake, we are engaging with them and showing that we care enough to help them improve or avoid making the same mistake in the future.
This can lead to a deeper connection and understanding between individuals. However, it's important to note that correction should always be done in a respectful and constructive manner, as it can also lead to disconnection if done in a negative or judgmental way.
